Casa Miltu Hotel

When it's not too busy, the peaceful atmosphere is calming. It's a beautiful place, and the waitresses provide good service. Prices are fair, the food is excellent, and it would be perfect for a conference or business meeting. The parking lot is somewhat limited, though, so it can't fit many cars.

The WiFi was so poor that I wouldn't recommend this hotel for business meetings or work travel. For the nightly rate, the service was very poor. The rooms are fair, and the housekeeping ladies were lovely. They did their jobs very well, and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Customer service, especially around the restaurant, was terrible. The restaurant ladies ate in front of guests, and one particularly tall lady was rude and stuck out. She refused to give me a glass and wouldn't let me sit in the restaurant after I checked out at 1.00pm, even though I was waiting for a cab that was arriving at 3pm. Apparently, there was an event planned.

It's easy to get to, clean, and affordable. I liked that the place is environmentally conscious: the lights are automated and sense you when you enter the rest rooms, and the taps and water are part of that system too. The workers provide very good customer care. One security guard was especially helpful and served with a smile.

The rooms are outstanding, and the washrooms are very clean. It's a really nice, cool place with a calm environment. I like it a lot.
