The worst hotel I've ever visited. There was no customer service, and I'm very disappointed. I won't visit again.

Eastern Route Hotel is comfortable and clean, and the stay was pleasant. The only small inconvenience was that the TV in my room didn't work.

A good spot to meet up with friends, and the fish is especially tasty. Food comes out quickly, too, and the prices are fair. There isn't much parking or any garden space, but it's a nice place to watch a football match. I'll be back.

The rooms are comfortable for what they cost, and the hotel sits right in central Kireka overlooking the Jinja Kampala highway. That main road can get pretty busy and noisy. My room's TV didn't work, so check with reception first if you want to watch something.

It's noisy here much of the time, since the place is beside one of the busiest roads linking Kampala with eastern Uganda and Kenya. The rooms are clean enough, and the service is good, though it often takes longer than they tell you. Breakfast usually costs extra.
