A peaceful, serene lounge with lovely views of Lake Victoria and the sunsets. It's warm and relaxing, a nice spot to unwind away from the city's noise.

I paid a bill of 244k, but when my windscreen was shattered in the Cassia Lodge parking area on the night of 31st/dec/2025, the manager and the white lady from the office both denied responsibility. When I kept asking them to address it, they got some men to pull me out, and they were strangling me while pulling my leather jacket tight against my neck. A big company should be able to take responsibility. They let the situation escalate instead of sorting it out, and we were still mistreated despite paying.

The views are perfect, the meals are excellent, and the accommodation has a classic feel. The customer service was great too. It’s so peaceful here.

8/10
The staff are really friendly, and breakfast was okay. I had a big, very comfortable room with a shower that had good water pressure. Nice hotel, with a beautiful view of Lake Victoria. Highly recommend.

I was here for a wedding, and the food was amazing. They served it hot, so I’d give the food 5 stars. The service was on point too, 8/10. It’s a very nice place with a beautiful view.
