I come here for the peace and quiet, away from the busy city. Each visit feels so calm, almost like I have the whole building to myself. It's a safe haven with a quiet charm, though it's not a luxury place. 😌✨

My group and I stayed at Emmaüs for over a month, and we'd stay again next time I'm in Kampala. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and the rooms were nice. Most of all, the staff were polite, top notch, and happy to accommodate us. Thanks to Daniel and his awesome team!

The rate feels high for a guesthouse by international standards, though it's acceptable for Kampala. I'd return if I'm in town again. The place felt secure and was friendly toward our guests. The atmosphere was calm, the rooms clean and well kept, the linen and pillows good, and the staff were helpful and honest.

I really liked relaxing in the hut, and this is my favorite place to stay. The staff were extremely nice, the rooms very clean, and the food was great. Can't wait to return on my next trip to Uganda.

It's quiet and clean, and I'd ask for a room facing the back because the view is so nice. I'm surprised it isn't busier. It used to be more crowded before the renovation, so maybe they aren't advertising enough.
