I found the location convenient for exploring Kampala, and the restaurant served delicious meals. The hotel has a historical charm alongside its traditional elegance and modern amenities. My room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly. A central, comfortable choice for business travelers or anyone looking for a good spot in Kampala.

Everything was okay except for Irene(waitress), who's been working evenings these days. She's rude with clients and needs Lifeskills lessons.

The staff were the standout for me, and the place was clean. My first room had no water, but they moved me to another one right away. It's an older hotel; I imagine it was glorious when it first opened, but the owner doesn't keep up with maintenance. I was mainly there to sleep and see beautiful Uganda, so it worked well for that. I do wish they'd kept the pool clean and working, since I would've loved to cool off in it during such a hot trip. I'd stay again because of the staff and cleanliness, and I really recommend it.
