The restaurant had a variety of delicious meals, and the staff were attentive, welcoming, and happy to meet every request with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and my room was spotless, well appointed, with a comfortable bed and stunning views. Hera hotel exceeded my expectations for amenities, comfort, and service, and felt like good value for the price. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will definitely return.

For work in Uganda, this hotel is a handy base. Offices are easy to reach from its spot in the city center, and there’s a bit of Buganda cultural heritage nearby too.

The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, and my room was spacious, spotless, and nicely designed, with a comfortable, luxurious feel. From arrival, the staff made me feel at home with their warm service. My stay at HERA HOTEL KAMPALA was truly exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The Wi-Fi kept buffering and was really slow. The corridors are so dim they feel haunted, and the room lighting is very poor too. Walking in made me feel groggy and clumsy. The staff were cooperative.
