The location is easy to find and reach, about a kilometre from entebbe Road, on the left side of katale road after the junction that crosses off to kabuusu roundabout. Nican resort has cottages with sauna and steam, good room service, a swimming pool, a kids play area, and a restaurant with nice food. There’s plenty of room for events too, including shows, mega weddings, and cooperate events.

I’m here on Sunday evening, 9th November, for the band, but the service has been awful. I asked for something as simple as a glass of baileys, and each waiter who went to get it never came back. Then I chose a cold heinken, and it arrived as warm as tea. The serenity is nice, but the service needs to improve.

Whenever I come to Uganda, I stay at the Nican. This is my 4th visit, and the people here are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. Lord willing, I’ll return. Blessings to you, Quincy.

I stayed here 2.10.- 6.10. and 12.10. -14.10.2025. The sauna, pool, and breakfast were nice, and we got a good price for the stay. My room was a little dark, though I only used it for sleeping. A pointing lamp would have been nice.
