Hotel Lemonade

BE AWARE OF THE PRIVACY ISSUE at Lemonade Hotel. I visited Lemonade Hotel in Mutundwe with my girlfriend for dinner on 26 May 2026 at 8:05 pm. The food was only bearable, below what I expected, but what happened with a waitress ruined the evening. When I went to the car to get cash for the bill, a waitress approached my girlfriend and asked for her phone number on behalf of another male customer, someone she called ‘Hon.Moses’. She said he had offered her money for my girlfriend’s contact details. When I came back, the waitress was pleading with my girlfriend to read something before I returned. She kept holding a pen and a small piece of paper and insisting, even after my girlfriend told her she had a boyfriend. As I reached the counter, she panicked, folded the paper, and ran off. My girlfriend explained what had happened in the last two minutes, and I couldn’t believe it. That was invasive, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. A meal should feel comfortable and enjoyable, without conduct like this. Management needs to address it urgently and protect guests’ privacy and dignity. Until then, I can’t recommend Lemonade Hotel Mutundwe to anyone looking for a pleasant, respectful environment.

This is the best hotel I’ve been to so far. It’s calm, the customer service is top-notch, the rooms have everything in one place, and the food is so good. I really felt at home. If ten stars were possible, five wouldn’t be enough.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the food is great. The ambience is great too, and the service is amazing. It feels like a home away from home. If you visit, try their whole fish cooked with vegetables.

For comfort and privacy, Hotel Lemonade Mutundwe is the place to go. The services are first class and customer care is at its peak.
