The wedding breakfast worked well for our vegan guests, with options for them among the good variety of food. Ivory Castle also has a lovely green setting. The music was a letdown, with poor choices, interruptions, and bad sound that spoiled the mood. We also discovered after getting home that we'd been charged twice for extra drinks some family members had already paid for. That felt dishonest and unprofessional. Ivory Castle is a hidden gem for anyone who loves greenery, but I can't fully recommend it until the billing and music improve.

The room was good and the compound was nice. Everything else was fine too, but the WiFi didn't reach my room, so I had to go outside to reconnect. That was annoying.

Ivory Castle Hotel was ideally placed for exploring, and the whole stay felt comfortable. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the food was delicious. Staff were warm and attentive, with friendly, smooth service from check-in through check-out. I'd happily return.

The garden-level windows wouldn't lock, so anyone could get in, and I left early. The place was filthy, while loud construction made it impossible to use the amenities or get work done. WiFi didn't work either. This was my worst stay in Uganda. The other Google reviews are clearly AI bots. Stay away.
