We planned to stay for three nights, but after one miserable night we left in the morning. The hotel has potential, but a lot needs fixing. I was so disappointed and regretted staying there. We arrived after a tiring, sweaty day of travel and found no water at all in the shower, toilet, or sink, despite having paid for a deluxe room. After repeated complaints, all we got was a 5litre jerrycan, which I used to bathe my baby. The rest of us went to bed without bathing, and I couldn't sleep. There was no AC either. I asked for a fan, but it took a long time to arrive. There was no net in the room, and mosquitoes bit my baby all over her head and face, leaving red bumps. I'm just hoping she doesn't get malaria. The room had no bins for trash, including pads, pampers packing papers, or anything else. The food was terrible. The fish fillet was already freezer burnt, and the chicken curry with rice wasn't good at all. The rice was very moist. They said breakfast would be served, but when we went to ask, we were told it hadn't been prepared. What a bummer!

The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, and I felt safe enough to sleep peacefully. The relaxed atmosphere made for a restful stay. I’d read rave reviews before choosing Buddiez Hotel Platinum Sound, and the warm welcome from the moment I arrived, especially the receptionist’s smile and friendly manner, made me glad I came. The staff treated me like family and gave exceptional service. I’m already recommending it to other travelers. 10/10, would recommend! 😊
