My laptop, second phone, and hard disks were stolen from my room. I believe thieves are operating at the hotel. When I asked the receptionist, she said it was impossible for their staff to steal. She called the manager, who said he would come, but no one showed up even after two hours. I reported the case to Natete police station, where I heard there was another similar case. I don’t want to hurt a business, but I don’t want anyone else to lose their belongings. I’ll remove this if management takes appropriate action.

It’s heartbreaking and so disappointing that my dad lost his laptop, two hard disks, and a Tecno smartphone. A client shouldn’t lose their property so easily. When he reported the missing items, the receptionist, Immaculate, gave a terrible response. This needs to be addressed.
