The service here was the worst I've ever experienced. We booked one room for three people, but they tried to charge us double for two rooms instead. The manager was drunk, and the receptionist was extremely rude. They also refused to give us a towel. When they finally did, it was dirty and had been lying somewhere in the hallway.

There's a restaurant and a tours and travel desk on site, plus parking for guests, which is a plus compared with nearby places. The basic accommodation is near Kampala Taxi Park and Agakhani Mosque in Kampala. Flat TVs mounted on the walls show music and news for guests.

The beds are comfortable, room service is good, and security is tight. What a wonderful place to stay.

This is a bad place and it isn't quiet. A preacher shouts from early morning, way too much noise to relax here. It feels like hell.

The affordable rooms come as single or double options, are self-contained, and are cleaned well.
