10/10
The pool area was a quiet place to unwind after a long day, and the central location made it easy to explore Kampala. My suite was spacious, spotless, and nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed. Staff were attentive and quick to help, and breakfast had a tasty range of choices. From the warm welcome at reception onward, the service was efficient. Prestige Hotel Suites Kampala exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily recommend it for business or leisure.

There was plenty to do in the area, and everyone was friendly. Lunch and dinner always came with a variety of fresh, good food. The massages were amazing, and everything was fairly clean and well looked after. I’m hoping to come back.

Breakfast had a wide range of tasty options, and the location made it easy to get to public transport and local attractions. The room was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I’d gladly return to Prestige Hotel and recommend it for a relaxing, luxurious visit.

The staff made me feel at home right from arrival, and their friendly, attentive service helped make the stay memorable. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a striking city skyline view and a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has an impressive fitness centre, a relaxing spa, and a restaurant serving gourmet food. A great mix of comfort, luxury, and service for either a business trip or a holiday.
