The KTV rooms were a highlight. Goat meat was really nice, barbecued, and the chicken soup was good too. Just a heads-up for fellow Africans: the rice had no salt, though it still tasted good. The barbecue chicken could use a better marinade.

The prices seem fair for this place, and the meals are good quality. There’s plenty of parking, fast Wi-Fi on every floor, and the view is superb. I also like the cool, exotic-feeling interior. It’s in a developed part of central Kampala.

The staff look after customers and give them a warm welcome. The rooms are good, the food is well organised, and the place feels safe.

The portions are huge, with each dish enough for at least two, and the place has a family feel built around sharing. We also tried the goat curry, chilli chicken, pork ribs, and dumplings, and my fellow diners reported they were all good. The food was really tasty, with enough options to find something you fancy. I wouldn’t recommend the iced tea, though, since it barely tasted of tea. Service was good, and the hot towels before and after the meal were a lovely touch. You can eat outside too, which I recommend.
