The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean, though the hotel itself is quite small. I found the food pricey for its quality, and the hot water heater in my room wasn’t working.

I booked online and paid for a wedding trip to Uganda, with bed and breakfast, then checked out early. They still charged me for an extra night I hadn’t stayed. Since they knew I had a flight, staff made check-out difficult, leaving me feeling I had to pay their demand or risk missing it. The service toward foreigners was terrible. Breakfast was just bread and tea, not the English breakfast they advertised. I wouldn’t book here.

My stay at neon hotel was better than I expected, and I had a great experience. The rooms and service were at their best. Thanks for hosting me, and go there if you want to refresh some lovely memories.

The service was unfortunately poor, even though the room was clean, the beds were good, and it was fairly quiet. We had several problems: the toilet wouldn’t flush, our balcony door had no lock, and the water took 30 minutes to heat. My travel companion had no hot water, and their shower water ran into the bedroom. I’d called to reserve rooms at a lower price than online, but when we arrived those rooms had been sold, so we were given pricier ones without the agreed discount. Reception also called at 9:15 to say breakfast was closing, although I’d been told it ran until 11. I didn’t get the food I’d asked for, and neither did the others I was travelling with.
