The team is courteous, the rooms are clean, and the food is nice. It’s a 3 star hotel in central Kampala, but there’s no ramp or lift, so it isn’t accessible for people with special needs.

The staff made the stay for me. They were attentive, friendly, and really tried to make sure I had what I needed. My room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and I was glad the hot water was reliable. I also enjoyed the restaurant’s warm atmosphere and tasty food, though my order came late and wasn’t the right one. I had a very good stay at Wilsen Hotel Nansana and would be happy to come back.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, and check-in was easy from the moment I arrived. Staff were quick, polite, and attentive throughout, and the amenities and welcoming atmosphere added to the stay.
