The ambience and service are on point, though it's a little high end. The swimming and sauna are kawa.

Thanks for hosting me recently. After a five-hour journey, the food was great, and I loved the strong pressure in my room's shower, #E2. The team are always friendly and make this feel like a homely place. I keep forgetting to ask the receptionist's name, but she deserves special credit for her warm, good service. Every time we stay, she is on top of things.

The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the setting is peaceful. The rates are competitive and it's worth checking out, but breakfast is lacking. Usually it's just a flask of plain black tea and a chapati, so you'd be better off finding breakfast in Mbale town.

It's peaceful and easy to get to, though a little outside Mbale city. Very affordable, but the rooms could use some refurbishment.
