The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean, and the meals good. It’s a peaceful part of Mbale, surrounded by trees with a mountain view, and the prices are very competitive.

We came for a workshop and found the staff friendly and the hotel comfortable. The lunch buffet on the workshop days was really good, and I especially liked the fish dishes. Wi-Fi was only available around reception and the restaurant, though, not in our room.

I stayed here while working in Mbale from 27 June to 1 July 2023. The reception and cafe staff were very friendly, and we got two bottles of mineral water each day. My friend and I shared a room with two single beds. There was no air conditioning, just a fan, but it was still cool and comfortable. The price was affordable and the room was nice, so I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay in Mbale.
