I loved staying here. The food was great, and they were very accommodating. Everyone on staff was so friendly and kind. They also grow produce in an organic garden and keep chickens for eggs, with food scraps going into compost. Mercy at reception and Isaiah the manager were both wonderful. I'd come back whenever I get the chance.

The location by Mt. Elgon made for a peaceful stay with lovely views and easy access to nature. Rooms were spacious, elegant, clean, and cozy, and the service felt warm and attentive. It's a comfortable base for exploring Eastern Uganda, with a touch of luxury too.

The gardens were a highlight, with huge old trees and inspiring views of Wanale Ridge. We picked the hotel for a three day training in the main conference room, which was ready for us and worked well. WiFi was available, though slow at times. The team looked after us really well, especially Isaiah. I enjoyed my four nights here, and the staff were friendly, professional, and relaxed. Everywhere was very clean. I only wish I'd made time for a swim or spa massage. The steam room was excellent, and hotel guests can use the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi for free. Hope to come back soon.

A nice place for a solo visit or a family outing, and the swimming pool is a plus 👌🔥
