Breakfast was rubbish, and the service wasn’t good either. The place felt really outdated and nothing worked. Glad we only stayed one day.

I liked the restaurant, the food was delicious and the people were really nice. The room and care were a different story. After I went out touring for the day, I came back to unchanged bedding and had to reuse the towels from the night before. I asked reception for help, but nothing was changed. I also found that the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. The place looks good when they show you around, but the customer service and care were poor.

I loved the view and how warmly I was welcomed at check-in. The hotel is in a nice strategic location, and I want to acknowledge the great service I received during my stay. MABROOK.

I only ate at the restaurant and didn’t stay at the hotel. The food came very quickly and was tasty, with a filling plate for just under 10,000 ugx. My favorite was the carrot rice with chicken in the sauce. Breakfast is traditional too, though I only had milky tea. A good way to try local food, especially if you’re short on time.

There’s plenty of space in this room, and it gets fresh air. It’s also soundproof and has a great view of the Kabarole palace. The hotel could use some renovation, especially in the washrooms.
