The restaurant food was so good, with generous portions and a nice presentation. The hotel is on the main road, close to all amenities, and has a nice exterior and big rooms. I had cold water in the shower, though, and breakfast was mediocre, with stale bread. If they improve breakfast and provide hot water, this place would be great.

Some of the waiters are being taught by their trainer to be “rude in a nice way.” Nice place otherwise.

Handy if you're passing through, since it's right by the roadside on Kampala Road.

The interior is fair, but I still wouldn't recommend the place. I stopped for lunch while waiting for my 2:00PM ride, and the waitresses were terrible. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, service took ages, and they couldn't think outside the box. Then, 20 minutes after I posted this review, the waitress brought goat meat instead of the chicken I'd ordered 🫡

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren't. During my stay, the water kept going off and coming back, the bulb stopped working and wasn't fixed, and the TVs had poor picture and sound. Room service took my mosquito net while cleaning and never returned it. They also took the bathroom soap and didn't replace it.
