The kitchen deserves a special mention: both breakfast and dinner were tasty and well prepared. I had an excellent stay, with a clean room and a king-size bed.

The manager actually screams at guests over silly mistakes that a hospitable person would let pass. There’s no courtesy or hospitality in the customer care. A very terrible experience.

The Annex is expensive, yet the water supply is unreliable, there’s no laundry service, customer care is horrible, and there are no TV options. The bottled water in the room tasted funny too, and I was left wondering what was in it. Absolute garbage!

A good spot for a small party, and the man-made lake is put to good use.

The food is average, and the waitresses provide poor customer care. I’m also puzzled that the kitchen closes so early. This is a hotel, so couldn’t it stay open a bit later, maybe until midnight? I’d really appreciate it if something were done about this.
