The hotel has a quiet, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and it’s not a long drive to the main town centre. It’s relatively new and clean, with fresh-looking rooms. Ours was small but suited our needs, though the four rooms in our section were next to each other with no soundproofing between them. There’s an outdoor sitting area for each section, plus pull chairs inside the rooms. The bathroom was small, and the water heater and sockets weren’t working. I told customer service and was moved to another room. The hotel restaurant is very slow preparing and serving food, and there’s no nearby restaurant. The road to the hotel is in poor condition and very dark at night. Free Wi-Fi is available, but it doesn’t work all the time, only at night; I had to talk to the manager to get it working. There’s a mini bar at reception, but the brand selection is limited. The rate is affordable for people on a tight budget, and breakfast is free.

If you’re on a low budget and want a quiet, secure place to spend the night in Mbarara, this could suit you. It’s affordable and in a quiet neighbourhood, with Wi-Fi, a water heater, and nice customer care. They offer bed and breakfast.

For a night in Mbarara city, Uganda, this is a great motel. The rooms are nice, clean, and cheap, and the boarding fee includes breakfast in the morning. There’s parking, Wi-Fi, and food on site. 🤸🤸🤸

Clean, organized, peaceful, and quiet, with great food too. I do think every room should have DStv, though.
