Ekhaya Crescent Hotel felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The restaurant had a good range of local and continental dishes, freshly prepared and served promptly. Reliable WiFi and secure parking made things convenient too. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay and good service in Mbarara, whether you’re there for business or leisure.

I spent one night at Ekhaya Crescent Hotel Mbarara, and the service team were extremely professional and caring. I had their chicken pizza, dear friends, and I’d recommend it to anyone. It’s the best pizza not just in the Western region, but in Uganda. Keep it up!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the administrator was charming and cheerful when I spoke with him. I knew I’d picked the right hotel from that first conversation. The food wasn’t so good and could use improvement. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying here.

Ekhaya had a serene atmosphere, and I was impressed by how clean and well maintained the hotel was. The receptionists were welcoming, friendly, and highly skilled. I had a wonderful stay, and the meals were delicious, especially the pizza.
