Governors Hotel

The staff were warm, friendly, and respectful. It felt like home as soon as I walked in.

My stay at Governor’s Hotel in Mukono was deeply disappointing. The room hadn’t been cleaned: the bed was unmade, and the place didn’t feel ready for a guest. The washroom doors also wouldn’t shut properly, which made privacy uncomfortable when sharing the room. Getting checked in was slow and disorganized, and the front desk staff seemed indifferent and offered little help beyond the basics. Then at breakfast the next morning, I was told I had to pay extra, even though I’d already paid the quoted room price. That unexpected charge and lack of clarity left me frustrated. The staff’s poor service, the state of the room, the privacy problem, and the extra breakfast fee made this a terrible stay. I can’t recommend Governor’s Hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves things, because guests deserve a comfortable stay and decent support.

It’s a wonderful, well-organized place to relax. I’ll always remember the day I stayed there: they treated me like a king, even though I’m not one. I really appreciate the service. Keep up the great work, thanks 🙏

It’s a really cool place. The rooms are awesome, and the sauna and other services all feel classy.
