The desk worker was friendly, though he smelled like he hadn’t bathed in a week. That was about the only bright spot. I looked at five rooms, and every one seemed as if the doors had been kicked in. They stayed shut only with the bolts, and the bathroom door had no knob or latch. The best room had dead bugs collected on top of the mosquito net. There were no towels or tissue, the hot water didn’t work, and the tiles throughout were filthy. Spider webs were everywhere. Room choices here are very, very limited.

It’s a nice place to stay, but it needs more renovation, especially the latrines.

The rooms were clean and nice, but there wasn’t a warm welcome. Customer care was poor.

The prices are reasonable, and the compound is lovely.

It’s affordable and fair, though not the best.
