We're a backpacker couple and negotiated 25k per night for the basic ground-floor room. It was clean and comfortable, with cold water only. The more expensive upstairs rooms have hot water. The room came with a mosquito net, toilet paper, and soap, but no towel, fan, or WIFI. Staff were friendly, and there's a restaurant in the building. Prayers at the nearby mosque were loud. I'd recommend it for easygoing travelers.
