Despite the beautiful view, our two-night stay was badly handled. We'd booked at Enganzi Lodge, but on arrival they took us to Rift Valley Lodge, a little farther away and reached by a very bad road. Nobody was ever around at that separate lodge, and it had no reception. We said it wasn't what we'd expected and were told we'd be moved to the main lodge the next day. The following morning, though, they said it was overbooked and we had to stay where we were. Our room wasn't cleaned, and they left no water between the first and second nights. At checkout they even tried to charge us for drinks we hadn't had. They asked when we wanted breakfast and lunch, then missed the agreed times, with the food arriving about 20 minutes late and leaving us to eat in a hurry. Terrible experience. A scam, do not stay at this lodge!!!

Everything felt beautiful, from the views and flowers to the rooms and pool. Most rooms look out over Queen Elizabeth national park, so you might spot elephants if you're lucky. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed. I felt at peace straight away and honestly never wanted to leave. It's worth the money and suits local tourists as well as foreigners. I'd go back more than once.

The view is amazing, and the staff look after the property well. It's a great spot for easy access to Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kalinzu Forest.

What a spot! The lodge has beautiful views over Queen Elizabeth National park, and sometimes you can see animals like Elephants and Buffalos from there. The sunset is unbelievable. Rooms are spacious, the food is so good, and there's a swimming pool. The staff are friendly too.
