I love the location and the setting really does suit the name ' Forest Hog Safari camp. It’s a beautiful part of the park and a good place to come for wildlife viewing. But staying overnight was a nightmare on my first visit. The shower rooms need work, since water floods the changing room whenever someone showers. Mosquitoes fed on me while I slept, and the rooms need to be fumigated. I’d come to see the wildlife, but not to spend a night or two.

The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly, with a good atmosphere around the place. It’s a new lodge with nice cottages, each with a bathroom and balcony. The beds are comfortable and have mosquito nets. There’s also a restaurant and a campsite. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting QENP.

We had a wonderful time watching animals come close by on their morning and nighttime rounds, it was breathtaking. The place is clean, the staff are really friendly, and the food is amazing. Prices are very affordable too.
