The gardens are beautifully kept and make a peaceful place to relax or hold an event. There’s also a kids’ play area for families, and a health club that impressed me. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with the amenities you need. Staff were friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. The hotel also has conference facilities, so it could work well for meetings or business stays. Parking is available, but at the owner’s risk.

Getting here is convenient for anyone flying into Kasese Airfield, which is only 15 minutes away. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, so it feels like a calm retreat from the city. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and have modern amenities, including effective air conditioning. I slept peacefully and woke feeling rested. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options for different tastes and dietary preferences, and the attentive staff added to the meal.
6/10
The food was nice, but it arrived almost 30 minutes after the time promised. The place itself is fine, especially if you want somewhere very quiet. The Wi-Fi setup was a real downside, though. Please make sure there’s enough Wi-Fi so people don’t all have to sit in one particular spot to get access.
6/10
The customer care stood out, especially at breakfast. They serve you what you need to buy, and the natural food on the plates looked so appetizing it was hard to leave any behind! I was also amazed that all the staff and chefs were the same height.
2/10
Very unfortunate. The man at reception was unprofessional and did nothing to encourage people to bring business to this facility.
