We paid 55k without breakfast, or 75k with it included. Good value for the price. The rooms are small but fine, and we had no trouble with the hot water.

Just an average hotel. The staff are laid back, and you have to prompt them for a lot of things. Hot water in my bathroom didn’t work well, breakfast was uninspiring with no brewed coffee, and the TV service was lacking.

This is a really shitty hotel. Don’t even think about visiting. Even the charging cables don’t work, and the washrooms are messy. The staff are poor too. If I could rate it, I’d give it -100000%.

I stayed at Westend motel while passing through, and it worked out great. The price is reasonable and it’s conveniently close to the city center.

We tried quite a few other hotels before finding this place in Fort Portal. The owner was lovely, and the location is central but still quiet, with great views. Breakfast was nice, there was hot water, and the price was reasonable. We booked when we arrived. Definitely recommend it.
