Carmelite Hotel, BW Signature Collection

I had a lovely time in Aberdeen and will be back at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely, with the option to order as much or as little as you like from the menu. Thank you to Elaine, Alan and all the staff for being so kind. Stay positive. The hotel is providing rooms for refugees in cooperation with the Home Office. I felt very humbled by what they were doing for these unfortunate people. Their presence didn't affect my stay.

We had a great afternoon tea today, using a voucher our grandchildren gave us for Christmas 2019. The hotel honored it, which we really appreciated. Booking by phone was easy, and the restaurant staff were cheerful and gave excellent service, even though it must still be a very difficult time. Thank you. 😊

The staff really stood out for me. They were friendly and professional, knew the area well, and were always ready to help or suggest places to go. The hotel is right in the heart of Aberdeen, which makes getting around easy. My room had a chic, modern look, elegant furnishings, a comfortable bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with lovely towels and toiletries. There’s also a bar, restaurant, and lounge. The bar is a nice place for a drink, the lounge is comfortable for relaxing, and the restaurant serves tasty food made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Prices are on the high side, though reasonable for the level of comfort and service. It’s a stylish, luxurious place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a high-end experience in Aberdeen.

We held our Charity Dinner here on 30th June, 2018, and loved the room setup and everything provided, including the welcome bubbly. Nicole, the events manager, was lovely and very helpful, and Nicola really knows how to host a party. Everything was in place, and the rooms upstairs were very clean too. The food was beautiful, though there was a wait between the starter and main course. Later in the man, I ran into one rude patron outside who didn't know how to take a joke or smile. That didn't spoil the lovely effort put into giving us a wonderful night. I'll always use this venue.
