Lost Guest House Aberdeen

I’ve stayed here twice now, and the staff have been really friendly each time. Even though it was fully booked, it was so quiet I couldn’t hear a thing. The room was spotless. I’ll definitely return when I next come down from Shetland, and I’ll recommend it to family and friends. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We skipped the included breakfast and went to the excellent nearby cafes instead. The stay was okay for the price, though the walls are thin and it’s next to a nursery, so it wasn’t especially quiet. One night the staff member was very friendly, but at 6 am the next morning the receptionist had loud private calls on speakerphone for two hours. We were too tired to get up and say anything.

A hidden gem in Aberdeen. Our large ensuite twin room was quiet at night, so we slept well, and we really enjoyed our one-night stay. Breakfast was the only drawback, the choice was limited, though it was free, so that was fine.

Good value, especially when booked early. The rooms with bathrooms were spacious and good, and parking wasn’t too expensive. Breakfast was very basic but okay. It’s close to central streets, sightseeing spots and supermarkets, though access isn’t easy for disabled people.
