We found the garden furniture filthy and unusable, so it would have been nice to sit outside but we couldn't. The little garden was still fit for purpose for our two whippets. Inside, the studio was clean, friendly host, and had everything we needed for our last minute one night stay. The shower was underpowered, though I like a cold shower so it didn't bother me. It might feel cosy in winter, but stuffy in warm weather, with only a couple of small windows. Leaving the door open made us feel exposed since the studio is right in front of the house. A declutter and a couple of nice lights inside would bring it up to four stars for sure.

That fireplace put an instant smile on my tired face, it was the highlight of my trip. The snug room is a lovely little place to unwind, decorated so beautifully, and the Coca Cola themed reception area is absolutely unique. John was such an attentive host, sharing really useful information from the moment I booked. The room had all I needed, including milk in the fridge for tea or coffee, a thoughtful touch. I adore these quaint, secluded cottages, with the peace, warmth and lovely views. I'll be looking forward to returning to this gem.

The studio was well equipped for our long weekend, and Netherleigh is quiet and peaceful. Lyme Regis is close enough to reach in 10 minutes. Really nice stay.

The host replied quickly whenever I had questions, and even left us biscuits and milk, which we enjoyed. The snug had everything my daughter and I needed, and the location was great for Lyme Regis and the surrounding villages. It was perfect for us. Thanks, we'd recommend it.
