Premier Inn London Uxbridge Town Centre

What made our stay at the Premier Inn in Uxbridge memorable was how kind everyone was. Wendy made lovely breakfasts and took time to chat in the mornings, so it felt welcoming and personal. Nico was always approachable and happy to help with logistics, and he and Danhu greeted us with smiles and friendly conversation. Cax Mi was sweet and added to the good atmosphere too. Sammy patiently worked through the technical issues with our company hotel booking and handled them professionally. The staff’s care stood out even compared with more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. They went above and beyond throughout our time there.

For a long Christmas and New Year stay as international travellers, Premier Inn Uxbridge Town Centre was a great fit. Sammy recommended a larger room for the three of us, which made it much easier to relax and sleep well. We also had an amazing view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the room, a really memorable bonus. Getting around was simple, with Uxbridge Station right outside. The town centre, food, shopping and everyday essentials were all less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel was clean, comfortable and kept up well throughout our extended stay. Dhanu was always friendly and welcoming when we came downstairs for a light bite. It had the comfort, cleanliness and access we needed for a stress-free visit.

Carly at the front desk turned our birthday trip into a memorable stay. She was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, made us feel welcome, and took care of everything without making any request seem like a bother. People are quick to complain but don’t always give praise when it’s due, and Carly deserves plenty of it. She’s a real credit to the company. I expected the usual Premier Inn experience, but this two-night stay was much better than I’d anticipated. Hats off to her! 👏🎉

The rooms were clean, nicely furnished and had comfortable beds, though the Uxbridge Premier Inn could do with a fresh coat of paint. It’s well located, and the staff were the best part of the stay. Sammy, the manager, was calm, kind and professional. Dhanu at reception was considerate and attentive, Cean handled room requests well, and Shane from maintenance was quick to help and had a good sense of humour. They made my birthday feel special, and I’d happily stay here again.
