We were blown away by the hotel's facilities and cleanliness, but especially by how warmly and thoughtfully the staff looked after us. After a dreamy night's sleep, we had breakfast with the attentive Oktay and Evelin. Earlier, Eddie had been polite, helpful, and efficient at check-in. We settled into a luxuriously comfortable room, had a G&T before dinner, then went to the restaurant, where Gabor looked after us perfectly. And the food, oh my gosh! The chefs were magnificent. We were full, but still had a lovely piece of cheesecake for dessert. It was a wonderful night at the Holmes Hotel. We aren't in London often, but we'd come back just to stay here.

Elena looked after us from beginning to end, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive without hovering. Gaborr, the manager, was warm and professional, clearly passionate about giving guests a great experience. That care carries through the whole team. The food was outstanding, full of flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked just right. Every dish seemed thoughtfully made, with real pride and precision in the kitchen. Chef Stefano deserves a lot of credit, his talent came through in every plate, along with the lovely balance of flavours and attention to detail. Holmes Hotel London felt polished and welcoming from the moment I arrived, genuinely five-star. A true five-star experience, with excellent food and service. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return.

The decor is amazing and makes the hotel feel comfortable and homelike. Everything is high quality, and the service was incredibly personal. I've never seen a gym styled so beautifully, and the biljart room is a real gem. I'll definitely be back!

We loved the breakfast and the lovely sitting rooms. The hotel is fairly central, so it was easy to get to and from, and the rooms were amazing. We had a wonderful two-night stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. We'll definitely stay again.

The one thing that could have been better was the room attendants being quite loud. On a weekend stay, that isn't great when guests want to relax or sleep in. The service was the main reason for my excellent rating. Ria at Reception checked us in, and the restaurant team were so attentive. Solomon, Gabor, Costa, Daniel, and Antonio all went above and beyond during dinner and brunch. The food was delicious, and our bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning decor. We were celebrating Valentine's Day and really appreciated the upgrade and the surprise waiting in the room when we arrived. Thanks for a lovely stay. Hope to visit Holmes again soon. Andra :)
