There was plenty of space for the children to relax and play, and the apartment had clean rooms, a bath and a smart TV. The metro station was easy to reach, with a supermarket nearby. It was a gorgeous place. Because of the public transport strike, getting to the other side of the city, around Tower Bridge and so on, would have taken too long for our kids, who are 7, 6 and 5, so we skipped that area. That wasn't the apartment or service's fault. It was a great base for exploring the city.

The location was really good, with easy access to buses and the underground, and we really enjoyed the place. The staff were all so friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. We'd definitely come back.

Getting around London was easy from here, and Earl Court station was only a five-minute walk away. That also made the train ride from the airport simple. The apartment was a bit old, but very clean and charming. The bedrooms were spacious, and having a kitchen and a dishwasher plus a washer-dryer combo was handy for our family. The walls were somewhat thin, though luckily the other guests on our floor were quiet.

I had a really enjoyable stay with my family last weekend. The hotel was well maintained, very nice and newly refurbished. Many thanks to Pooja and Sabina at reception for their wonderful hospitality and service.
