The May Fair Hotel, Mayfair, London

The people made this stay at The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel especially memorable. Sadie at reception was warm, attentive, and professional, and kept everything running smoothly. The May Fair Kitchen team hosted our round table dinner with wonderful hospitality. The food was divine, service and organisation were flawless, and the private dining room was amazing. Lavinia handled every detail with remarkable care and precision, Jarka made everyone feel welcome, and Matteo went above and beyond to give us a great experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with thoughtful furnishings and amenities. The hotel’s facilities were impressive and suited both relaxing and getting work done. Its central London location, right in Mayfair, made getting around easy, with iconic spots just moments away, while still feeling elegant and calm. It’s rare to find that combination of location, comfort, facilities, and genuinely high service. I’d highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Zina at reception was wonderful! We loved the elegant, luxurious stay at The May Fair Hotel in London. Room service was top-notch, and its fee was surprisingly low compared with many other hotels. Breakfast in bed came with an impressive range of choices, so we were spoiled for options. I’d definitely recommend it.

I’ve stayed at The Mayfair Hotel twice, returning less than two months after my first visit for a longer stay. The hotel is luxurious, clean, quiet, and perfectly located, with everything nearby. Staff are generally friendly, professional, and helpful. Noisha at reception was exceptionally welcoming on my first stay, and Valdi was outstanding on the second, genuinely helpful and proactive. Staff like them are a big reason I’d keep coming back. The hotel also handled my booking situation with real understanding. I’d booked about 9 months ahead on a non-refundable rate, but unexpected circumstances meant I couldn’t travel. Instead of cancelling the booking, they kindly let me reschedule for later dates, which meant a lot and was the main reason I decided to return. The one part that didn’t meet the rest of the hotel’s standard was concierge. On both stays they seemed less engaged than you’d expect, not especially proactive and sometimes not very welcoming. It wasn’t a major problem, but there’s room to improve that part of the guest experience. It’s still a fantastic hotel and I’d absolutely stay again.

Jon at reception made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. He was welcoming, polite, and helpful, and made check-in smooth. Room service was excellent as well, quick and professional, always delivered with a smile. Everything was clean and well presented, and the stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.
