We had a lovely meal at the Bryntyrion Inn, about a ten-minute walk away, served by a delightful waitress who also works at the Palé. Back at the hotel, a violinist was playing Ava Maria. It was a fabulous stay at the Palé Hotel once again. Thanks to all the staff, and especially for making Cleo 🐶 feel special. Timothy-Carl and Joanne.

We went to Pale Hall for afternoon tea today, a year after mum passed away. The staff were so kind and attentive. They gave us a lovely bunch of flowers and a handwritten card too, such a thoughtful gesture. Diolch yn fawr.

A superb period property, with five-star luxury accommodation and exquisite dining. The extensive landscaped gardens feature artworks, and there’s an option for a chauffeured Rolls Royce tour of North Wales. The staff are exceptional.

We were there for my mum’s birthday, and the Christmas decorations, glowing fireplace and grand surroundings made the place feel special. The atmosphere really worked, and the service was sharp, friendly and attentive from start to finish. Tea and plates came at a good pace, with no rushing us. The staff absolutely nailed the day. The food was nice, but the sandwiches and cakes felt a bit lonely. More on the plates would have made it close to perfect. We had a great time and made lovely memories. This is love, not hate: keep the atmosphere and service just as they are, and give us another tray of treats.

I’ve just moved to the area and came across Pale Hall while driving around. The drive, gardens, views and architecture caught my eye straight away, and the entrance is simply stunning. A lovely staff member welcomed me, told me about the hotel’s history, and I asked if I could have a coffee and look around. Inside, the rooms are all stunning, with outstanding design. On a cold day, the warm fireplace felt like an invitation to sit down. The flat white was perfect, too. I’ll definitely return for more coffee and book a table, maybe even a room for an overnight stay. I can imagine buying the hotel myself if it ever comes up for sale. It’s breathtaking, and the staff are very friendly.
