The beautiful scenery around the place made for a peaceful getaway, and the homely feel and personal touches were lovely. Everything was spotless, and breakfast in the morning had plenty to choose from and was delicious, just right to set us up for the day. Raymond and Susan were genuinely warm and welcoming, and so attentive throughout our overnight stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d love to come back and would recommend it to anyone after a friendly, peaceful break.

We were a family of six with a baby, and the couple running the place made us feel completely at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is beautiful, the views are fantastic, and it was a real plus that every bedroom had an ensuite. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back in the future.

It’s about a five-minute drive to Cushendall and Cushendun, both with great dining options. This was my third stay at the lovely B&B, and the owners are friendly and helpful. We had room 4, which was spacious, clean and fresh, with a great view. The ensuite was lovely, with plenty of room to move around and a walk-in shower. The towels were fresh too. Breakfast offered cereals, yoghurt, fruit and cooked options.

Raymond and Susan were warm, welcoming hosts and gave us lots of information about things to do in the area. The B&B sits in a really peaceful, pleasant setting. Awesome stay. Hopefully we’ll see you guys in East Lothian in the future! Patrick and Jade
