The Roseate Villa Bath

What made our stay at The Roseate in Bath special was the service. Cristiana and the whole team were warm, professional, and so attentive. They took great care of us and made us feel at home. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and everything about the experience was exceptional. We can’t wait to return, and highly recommend it.

My friend and I spent four lovely, unhurried hours at the Roseate Villa Bath Afternoon Tea. We chose the classic menu for £40 each, with a wide tea selection and no limit on orders. The Sencha and Lady Whistledown teas were so good that we asked about buying them and did so afterwards. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and polite, and the food was fabulous, from the scones and sandwiches to the mini desserts. It was windy but sunny in Bath yesterday, just right for a classic English afternoon. I’d recommend trying it if you’re in town and want a reasonably priced tea with your girlfriends, mum, or anyone else. 🤗

The team were very friendly and helpful, and the location is handy for the city centre, about a 10 minute walk. The rooms are basic and don’t have smart TVs. We booked afternoon tea during our Valentine’s Day trip to Bath, but it took an hour for the cakes and sandwiches to arrive. When they did, the sandwiches were dry and didn’t have much flavour. The hotel felt overpriced for what it offers.

Roseate Villa, thank you! The location, building, and rooms are superb, the food is fabulous, and the people are just perfect. From my first call to book until we left to head home, you didn’t disappoint once. We needed a retreat, and you gave us one. PERFECT PHENOMENAL PEOPLE! ♡ You are THE BEST!
