Dream Apartments St Thomas Hall Belfast

We paid in full when we booked through Booking, but nobody sent us instructions for getting into the apartment. We called and messaged over and over without an answer. Booking offered other places after we contacted them, but five days later our money still hadn't been returned. When we got to the house, some people were leaving. We asked how they had entered and whether they'd received details, but they said they were just visiting and didn't know. The price may look tempting, but you could end up sleeping outside and still be left without your money. I don't recommend renting this apartment.

We were there for one night in July with family, and couldn't get anyone to help us check in despite calling several times. I spent over an hour chasing them on WhatsApp before they told me a £100 deposit was needed to get the access code. Inside, it was filthy and smelled awful. The curtain pole was broken and the toilet seat was damaged. I reported it all right away and heard nothing back. We checked out on time at 10 AM, then asked for the deposit back. They sent old photos that weren't relevant and said the deposit was forfeited, without proper proof or a reason. Since then they've ignored my messages, and I'm still pursuing the refund through the travel agent. The company has been rude and unprofessional, and I feel they've kept the deposit unfairly. Save yourself the trouble and don't book this apartment.

The room downstairs was noisy the whole time, with people talking, cars, and other sounds. I can't imagine trying to sleep there another night. Our day out was ruined, and the stay was a very bad experience. The staff member who took my call at the Belfast location was rude and kept hanging up while I was speaking. She didn't reassure me at all about the deposit, and I felt like I might not get it back even if there was no damage. I've finished my stay today and am waiting for the deposit. The customer care was very poor.
