All Seasons

I stay at All Season's regularly, and the excellent breakfast is included in the reasonable room rate. The proprietor Theo and family are lovely and very accommodating, which is why I choose this place over Belfast's many chain hotels. Every room has an en suite bathroom, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. The Wi-Fi is good for streaming, and the Lisburn Road location is handy for great shops and restaurants. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The rooms are pleasant enough, and the area is nice, but the whole place could be cleaner, especially the bathrooms. The shower didn't drain, so I couldn't use it. I told the owner, but nothing was done. It's a long walk to the city centre. I'd put the bus fare toward a hotel there instead.

The owner took good care of me as a solo traveller during my two days visiting Belfast. I had an early flight, and they made sure I had food to take along and was up and ready. The rooms are small and cosy, and it's good value for money.

My daughter and I spent two nights in a twin room. We really liked the place, the breakfast was lovely, and the host was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. We had an early departure, so he even brought food up for breakfast the next day. It's on Lisburn Road, with the number 9 bus into town. A taxi back to Belfast international airport cost £20. I'd definitely stay again, thank you.
