The moment we stepped into The Titanic hotel, the history and atmosphere were all around us. Afternoon tea was worth every penny: the food was top quality, and the coffee and unlimited tea were delicious. Lauren looked after us brilliantly. She was warm, friendly, knew so much about the local area and where Titanic was designed and built, and gave us just the right amount of attention while respecting our privacy. She’s a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for everything, Lauren. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The bar and breakfast were both very good, and the service was spot on from everyone. My room was lovely and had air conditioning, though there was no mini fridge. I was impressed by the attention to detail, especially the chairs, which were so well made and suited the Titanic era. If you want a slice of history, this is the place to stay. It must be a five star hotel.

The food was fantastic, and the staff brought that Belfast charm, with a bit of fun in the conversation. I stay in plenty of hotels around ireland, and this one is up there with the best. From my first step inside, the whole visit was brilliant. The architecture, history, and quality of the finish are hard to beat. Can't wait to return. See you soon, Titanic hotel.

Cameron at the drawing office bar on Saturday 21st was fantastic. He made lovely amaretto sours and happily shared the hotel's history and facts. He even offered to show us the drawings without me asking. He was excited to tell us about it, and went well beyond simply serving us. Please pass on our thanks. The room was lovely, but noise carried: we could hear high heels going past and champagne bottles popping, as well as some road noise. At breakfast, a worker huffed right behind us. I know it was a busy service, but guests shouldn't have to hear that. At checkout, the front desk supervisor didn't ask how our stay was, despite my having reported at 11pm that a guest abruptly knocked on our door and ran off while we were asleep. It took us ages to settle again afterwards.

William, the concierge, gave us an eye-opening history tour of the building and shared his knowledge of the hotel and the people who worked there. Thank you! The piano player also added to the atmosphere, and the food was delicious. My daughter and I had a memorable weekend here, even though we live only an hour's drive away. We were glad we chose to stay. The decor is decadent, with opulent artifacts and thoughtful details throughout, and the employees were so attentive. We'll definitely be back.
