The rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean. There’s a large bathroom with a super-powerful shower and piping hot water. Staff were all warm, friendly and very helpful with tips and advice. The location is perfect too, with shops, restaurants and bars within a five-minute walk, and the Titanic exhibition about a thirty-minute stroll away.

We had to extend our stay after a storm cancelled our flights, and reception sorted an extra night in the same room without any fuss. That was just like the rest of our visit: from walking through the door, we were treated so well. Leonie at reception stood out for making us feel welcome and sharing her local knowledge, and all the staff were 10/10. It’s a 4 star hotel with 5 star staff. The location is perfect, the rooms immaculate and very comfortable, and we appreciated having a fridge and safely opening windows, even during the latest storm. This is now our go-to hotel when visiting Belfast. Thanks again for making us feel welcome.👌🏼

This was our 4th time staying here, and honestly I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Belfast. We ate in the restaurant, where the food was beautiful and came quickly, especially the ribs, which are to die for. The loft is stunning and the cocktails were beautiful too. Breakfast was very tasty. From check-in to check-out, everything was amazing, and all the staff we met were friendly. Our room on the 3rd floor was very big and comfortable.

We spent a lovely weekend here from 12-14 December. The room was spacious and well equipped, everywhere was spotless, and the staff were cheerful and incredibly helpful. The main drawback was the street noise: late-night revellers shouting and singing, along with car horns, came through the windows even on the third floor. The location is great, central to shops, st George's market and grand opera house. Dinner one night was quite good and not too pricey. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, with a buffet to serve yourself and cooked options you could order.

Lunch at DoubleTree was great. There was such a fantastic range on the lunchtime menu that it was hard to pick. Staff were friendly, informative about the choices and excellent throughout. The service was fast, the food was great, and I enjoyed a nice pint of Guinness. No issues at all.
