We came as a group of ten on opening day. The food was good and, for the most part, the drinks were great. We had stayed past our allotted time, but nobody rushed us out, which was appreciated.

The decor is stunning, they've done an amazing job. Casey looked after us and was really friendly and helpful. You can see into the kitchen, and it's spotless. The food was delicious, fresh and tasty. Our first visit for tea, and we'll definitely come back.

We went to the hurt arms on bank holiday Monday with a table booked for four, and were shown to our seats. The newly refurbished interior looked really nice, the staff were friendly, the menu was good and the prices very reasonable. My daughter and her boyfriend each ordered a chicken and bacon club sandwich. The menu didn't say they came with sides, but they arrived in large trays with chips and coleslaw, and looked impressive. I tried some, and it tasted as good as it looked. We ordered a garlic and mushroom pizza to share, but it was small and looked bland, with maybe one sliced mushroom on it. It seemed like a cheap supermarket freezer pizza. That was a big disappointment. We'll come back for food, but order something else.

We booked for a large family gathering to celebrate our daughter's 18th. It was a really busy night, but the team accommodated us well. Drinks arrived within minutes, and the food was very tasty with generous portions. The venue has been renovated really nicely, and both the food and service were amazing. Ignore the recent bad reviews. Some people just like to moan for a living!
