Premier Inn Wokingham Town Centre

We tried most things on the menu during our stay of about a week and weren't disappointed. The room was cleaned every day and was comfortable. We had to stay here because of unfortunate circumstances, but Luke, Kelly and Sahar made our time there. They were so friendly, always greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to help. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable, doing whatever they could for us. Based on the customer service, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Dinner and breakfast are available, and the service is quick. The lovely staff make you feel good. My room was comfortable, quiet and clean, and the bed and pillow suited me well. Nothing else is needed for a good stay.

We stay here regularly to visit family and can't fault the place. The breakfasts are great, the rooms are always clean, and the staff are welcoming and keen to help. Parking is a short walk across the road, but the tariffs can be confusing. If you're unsure, ask a staff member for help so you don't get a ticket. Looking forward to our next visit.

The main frustration was parking. There's a multi-storey car park opposite, and the staff try to help, but on a week-long work stay I had to remember to pay again every day because there weren't other options. It was annoying, even though the car park itself is nearby. The Premier Inn was excellent otherwise. Its location was brilliant, the staff went above and beyond with local restaurant suggestions and useful advice, and the food was really good. The menu was extensive for a Premier Inn, so I'd highly recommend eating there at least one night. I stayed because my work was close by. The hotel itself was perfect, but the parking issue still bothers me.
