We booked a random hotel for a weekend away, and the staff here made it a great stay. They welcomed us at check-in, took good care of us, and waved goodbye when we left. The food and drinks were good, and both the rooms and shared areas were spotless. It looked so new, we thought the hotel had just been built.

We were on our way to Southampton for a cruise and stopped for one night so my wife could get her yearly Christmas shopping fix at Bicester Outlet Village. The room was clean, roomy, and excellent for a budget hotel, with one of the best bathrooms and a huge shower. Breakfast was very busy, with guests lining up for tables, so we waited until 20 minutes before the buffet closed. That worked out fine. A very pleasant stay, and we'd gladly come back.

The Holiday Inn Express in Bicester was a pleasant surprise on my recent business trip, much better than I expected. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was included, with plenty of options for different dietary needs. Reception staff were very friendly. Recommended.

Jackie deserves a special mention. She was so helpful and knew the local area really well, a real asset to the business. We had a great couple of days away, and the hotel was clean, tidy, and well presented. The staff were super attentive.

Our room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the stay, but dinner at the restaurant let it down. Ordering was easy, yet our chicken burger and fish and chips took a full hour to arrive. The restaurant wasn't busy, and nobody told us the kitchen was backed up. The food was lovely once it came, but the long wait and lack of communication would put us off eating there again.
