Staybridge Suites Birmingham

The location was good, and the rooms were a nice size. Breakfast was pleasant, though a few items could have been warmer. I liked that the coffee machine was available all day. The bathroom was a good size too, and the TV had all the smart apps. We didn’t use the kitchenette, but it looked fine for cooking, with two rings, a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. My main gripe was the noisy A/C and heater. I couldn’t switch it off in the room, though reception could.

The staff were amazingly friendly, and breakfast was delicious with several choices. The rooms were spacious, the bed huge and comfy, and both the room and hotel were squeaky clean. As a lifestyle model, I found it a pleasant stay. Every evening there’s a social for guests with drinks and snacks, which was a terrific touch. It’s super close to Birmingham’s attractions, shops, and stations. I would’ve preferred a window that opened, but I guess that’s the norm these days.

The studio room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable, with every amenity I needed. The hotel is great, and the staff make it even better. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, helpful, chatty, and competent. A special thanks to the man who helped me check in on Sunday 16th Nov, around 8 or 9 PM. He’s a credit to the hotel, and a great guy. Thank you.

The room was very large, quiet, and a comfortable temperature, with a good bed and everything we could need. Breakfast was very nice too, with plenty of sweet and savoury choices. The place is lovely and really close to the centre and Birmingham New Street station. I’d definitely recommend it.
