We used the secure new multi-storey car park across the road, as on-street parking is limited. The guesthouse is a short walk from Central Pier, the shops and town centre, but the area was quiet apart from the seagulls. There’s no food served, though there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast and other meals, so that was fine for us. We stayed three nights and were happy with everything. The owners were friendly and approachable, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Our room slept three, with a small double and a single, both clean and comfortable. It had its own toilet, sink and shower room, plus toiletries, tea and coffee, and both a fan and heater. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, as were the other rooms the proud owner showed us. Great value for our money, and we’ll definitely return.

Muhammad checked in with us regularly and kept us posted about things going on locally. His two lovely daughters were also very friendly with our little one. We were a family of three, two adults and a child under two, and the clean room had plenty of space for the travel cot. Muhammad contacted me before we arrived to save us a parking space outside, met us on arrival and offered to help with the bags. The room was just what we expected. He and his family went above and beyond, and I’d highly recommend the guest house. I did see Muhammad have to deal with some rude, disrespectful and downright disgusting guests at the deneside. He stayed calm, handled it well, and apologised to the other guests even though it was out of his control. Thanks so much to Muhammad and family. We’ll definitely be back.

The family run team at the guest house went the extra mile to make our friend’s birthday special. We had a lovely weekend in Blackpool, and they were all so accommodating and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with complimentary toiletries, fresh towels and TVs in every room. We were happy with the location too, just a short walk from the coach station and beach. Great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The couple were lovely, especially the man. He was welcoming, chatty and friendly, and always checked whether we needed anything. The hotel is a short walk from parking and the seafront. Our room had hand-wash, shower gel, towels, a heater and a fan, and for the price, I thought it was fab, even though I was a bit unsure at first. The toilet seat was broken and pinched your skin, and the shower ran slowly without much pressure, but it still did the job. My partner and I had a lovely weekend and would stay again. Thank you!

We got upgraded, so there wasn’t really anything to complain about. The room was clean and nice, and the bed was really comfortable. The couple were so welcoming and accommodating, always checking if we needed anything or wanted fresh sheets. It’s just a two minute walk from the beach, and the attractions aren’t far either. Would definitely recommend.
